My lending library of books & DVDs is available for all of my clients to further educate themselves on pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, and parenting.  Access to these materials is included with most support packages.

TOOLS:

A checklist of important items that you should consider collecting & preparing before your birth, so that you have a "recovery station" ready at your bedside.

Editable Privacy Sign for your front window or door.  Decrease interruptions while you are resting and recovering, while reminding guests of common courtesy.

Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale:

A user-friendly screening tool for PPD.  A score of 10-12 or more is indication for further evaluation or treatment from your care provider.

If you feel that you are at high risk for postpartum mood disorders, it is recommended that you test yourself weekly.

PSI Mental Health Discussion Tool:

This downloadable/printable tool helps to track your symptoms and discuss your risk factors with your care provider.

Unfortunately, Doulas are NOT directly covered by Medicare or traditional insurance; however, you may be able to submit a copy of your paid invoice to get reimbursed for a portion of your doula fees!!

(You can also request reimbursement through your HSA/FSA.)
